If you’re a wine drinker, plan to pick up a bottle — or a case — of Oregon Solidarity Rosé of Pinot Noir when it hits the market in two weeks.

You’ll be showing support for Southern Oregon vineyards, honoring the collaboration within our state’s wine industry ... and sticking it to an uppity California winery.

The Oregon Solidarity label arises from the willingness of four Willamette Valley wineries — including two from Eugene — to buy a portion of the Rogue Valley grapes that a California winery rejected last fall on the flimsy grounds that they were tainted by wildfire smoke. Read full article...
